Back in April, I
got on my soapbox wrote about companies asking job candidates for their Facebook password during a job interview. My opinion since then hasn’t changed. It’s still absolutely ridiculous.
It seems the people at Compliance and Safety agree with me. In fact, they go one step further and proclaim that HR departments must embrace social media.
