What you must do your first week of blogging [SMALL BIZ NOOBIES]

I've set up web sites for dozens of clients and each time I do, I walk the client through a step by step process of what they need to do to attract more eyeballs to their finished web site.

This includes building a mailing list, promoting on social media and of course, blogging.

It's that last one that seems to give people the most trouble. Mainly because blogging is completely new to most people and they don't know where to begin.

Isn't it ironic?

Ironically, blogging is probably the best tool available to promote your web site and your business because it helps promote you as an expert in your field and it lends to tons of what I call Google juice—natural, organic rankings in Google's search engine.

This all works great except for that one small problem I mentioned earlier—nobody does it!

Well, thanks to Darren Rowse (aka ProBlogger), I just found the new mandatory eBook for my web site clients and any other small business owners looking to start a blog.

ProBlogger's Guide to Your First Week of Blogging

It's called ProBlogger's Guide to Your First Week of Blogging and it contains a 7-day plan, broken down into 32 achievable tasks that you can use to get your blog up and running and actually working for you.

Here's the breakdown of the 7 days:

Day 1: Set solid foundations.
Day 2: Publish and build presence.
Day 3: Concentrate on content.
Day 4: Understand the blog as a product.
Day 5: Put yourself out there.
Day 6: Define and demonstrate quality.
Day 7: Strategize for success.

If you are interested in your own copy of ProBlogger's Guide to Your First Week of Blogging, click this link to see the full details of Darren's new eBook.

Darren promised that he would retail the book for 50% off but only for the first week or so of its launch. If you hurry, you still might get the launch price.
