What would you do for a Wii Fit?

Remember the ads for Klondike Bars? They started by asking you what you would do for a Klondike Bar and finished by showing people doing ridiculous things, all in the name of a Klondike Bar.

Well, I think the Wii Fit I have sitting in my office right now is the technology equivalent of a Klondike Bar.

As many of you know, I already have a Wii Fit. It was tough to get but thanks to Amazon.com's text alerts I was able to procure one several months ago. The funny thing is, after I bought my Wii Fit, I never got around to stopping the Amazon text alerts. I realized this when I received a new text alert from Amazon telling me the Wii Fits were in stock again. Partly for fun and partly because I knew how in demand the Wii Fits were, I went ahead and bought a second one. And now that second Wii Fit sits in my office while I decide what to do with it.

Meanwhile, I keep bumping into person after person who just happen to be looking for a Wii Fit but can't seem to find one anywhere. When I tell them I have a spare one sitting around my office, you should see what happens to these people.

Free haircuts!

So far I've been offered straight cash, business services and even free haircuts. So now I am faced with the decision of choosing one of these offers, putting the Wii Fit on eBay where everyone can fairly compete for it or just holding on to it longer in hopes of an even better an more creative personal offer.

Any takers? What would you do for a Wii Fit? You never know, I might just take you up on your offer.

  • I do the chicken dance. Straight up. And post it on YouTube and my blog...advertising for Noobie. You know you want to give it to me now. :) How can you refuse that offer? I’m a mother of two. Everyone would love it.

  • @Nicole Your chicken dance on YouTube idea definitely puts you in the running!

  • Perfect...I’ll fine tune my skills. :) I figured that if I want to win this thing...I might as well do those things that are near and dear to my heart...{thank to my two tots!) Ha ha! :)

  • @Nicole Before you do anything, there is no guarantee that I am giving away the Wii Fit. This blog post was really for entertainment to see what kinds of crazy things people would do for the Wii Fit.

  • Oh...I know! I’m just waiting...and hoping. :)

  • I think that you should give it to some child that really wants one but his/her parents can’t afford one this christmas. Thats what I am going to do. me & my s/o bought the WII system for each other this x-mas and I told both of my sons that they could get us the wii fit for x-mas....now I know that they BOTH bought us one, but they don’t know that the other got it.....so I know our neighbors had a real hard time this x-mas, with hubby losing his job due to layoffs and they are struggling to keep their home for their 3 children.........so instead of returning one wii fit, I am going to wrap it up for the kids next door, and BOTH of my sons will agree with me and in the spirit of CHRISTMAS will be more then happy to do that....I was already just so blessed!!!
