I'd be willing to bet that if someone explained to you what Netflix is, the words DVDs and movies would be mentioned multiple times. I'd also be willing to bet that the phrase "television shows" is never mentioned. That's because most people aren't aware that Netflix also offers television shows in addition to its giant movie collection. Missed the final season of Sopranos? Netflix has you covered. Wondering how each of the characters in Heroes discovered their powers? Netflix has you covered again. To view the list of television shows available on DVD in Netflix just select Television as your…

Is there no end to how many new and cool features TiVo will introduce? Today TiVo announced a partnership with Domino's Pizza that will allow TiVo subscribers to order pizza for delivery right from their television. I've previously written about how Domino's pizza tracker is a hit with both of my sons. I can only imagine how they will react when I tell them we will now be able to order pizza using the television instead of the computer. Soon, the wait will be over. Netflix on Tivo will be a reality in December. As some of you may know, I am already a big fan of TiVo's integrated Video on Demand service from Amazon.com. But most of what I watch on my TiVo using Amazon's Video on Demand service I have to pay for separately. My hope is that with my existing Netflix membership that already…
