I've fallen in love with a new gadget. It's the ASUS Eee PC netbook. It's like a miniature laptop with all the bells and whistles. And by bells and whistles I'm referring to things like built-in wi-fi, integrated webcam and a battery that can last up to 7 hours. Couple that with a beautiful 10-inch screen and darn-near full-sized keyboard all packaged in a portable computer that weighs just a hair over 5 pounds. Someone recently asked me if there was a way to charge her iPod without having to connect it to her computer. My answer was yes as long as you are willing to spend $30. The $30 will get you an Apple USB Power Adapter which allows you to plug your iPod USB cable into the iPod on one end and the power adapter on the other end. This morning I had a great opportunity to appear on the Fox 59 Morning News show to discuss how cold weather affects your electronics and what you can do if you accidentally leave your electronics in your car overnight. I've been blogging for a long time now but there is still something in the blogosphere I have never attempted. Blogging at 70 miles per hour. No, I wasn't driving. I'm not that crazy! But I was a passenger in a car traveling down the Interstate on my way home from Thanksgiving vacation.
