I finally got around to trying out the new Genius playlist feature in iTunes and I must say I am impressed. If you are not familiar with how the Genius playlist works, let me give you a brief noobie-esque run-down. The first step is to turn on, or enable, Genius in the iTunes application. I've been declaring this for the past two years but I think it's time I go on record. Microsoft has taken a lot of heat lately mainly due to the bad press Windows Vista has received. But also because they have just sat back and let Apple attack them with their "Hello I'm a Mac and I'm a PC" ad campaign without firing back a single shot. BabyCenter, the self-proclaimed "leading destination on the Internet for new and expectant parents" is running a poll on their web site asking moms, "Which tech gadget, electronic device, or technology can you not live without?"
