You may or may not have noticed I haven't published a Weekly Wrap-up video for the past few weeks. No, I haven't given up on it. In fact, it's one of the more fun things I get to do every week. But life has temporarily got in my way. It started with a crazy Friday where a routine irrigation system startup at my house turned into a much larger (and might I say nightmarish) project. Super Bowl fever is building up in Indianapolis and I've got 4 VIP—Any Time—Any Day tickets (a $100 value!) to give away to the NFL Experience, held at the Indianapolis Convention Center starting today. If you are not familiar with the NFL Experience, watch the short promo video at the end of this blog post. Here's what you need to do to be eligible to win: 1. Live in the Indianapolis area. There's no point in winning these tickets if you can't use them. 2. Leave a comment on this blog post letting me know your prediction of who will… Continue reading...

In many ways I believe I couldn't get along without technology. I've often said if someone were to take away my smart phone, you'd find me aimlessly wandering the streets like a bumbling idiot. And don't get me started how life would be without a DVR. Watching television shows when they actually air? That just gives me the shivers. But a few days ago, my dad forwarded an email to me with a bunch of cartoon illustrations depicting how life was before vs. how it is now. And as much as I think technology is great, you have to just… Continue reading...
