Everyone I talk to seems to be getting really excited about the upcoming deals at most major retailers this Friday (known as Black Friday). I am no exception to this excitement. I love Halloween. I love watching my kids dress up in their favorite costumes running from house to house saying "trick or treat" trying to break last year's candy record. I even secretly wish that just once the Great Pumpkin would show up for Linus in the pumpkin patch. But my love of Halloween doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement. Have you ever been stuck in your closet trying to figure out what to wear? All of the usual questions cross your mind. Is it warm enough out for this shirt? Does this shirt go with these pants? Few things annoy me more than answering the door to my home only to find out the person standing on the other side is trying to sell me something I don't want so that he or she can finally take their dream trip to Disney World. Or that unless I sign a petition right now, the city is going to build a Wal-Mart next door to me. Don't get me wrong. I'm not against door-to-door sales.
