Blame it on the iPhone
Want to know why the cards are stacked against noobies? Here's one reason.
Last night my kids were dancing up a storm to my son's new Wii game, Just Dance. It looked like fun so I decided to give it a whirl.
Apparently my dancing was funny enough (but hopefully not as bad as Elaine's dancing on Seinfeld) that my wife thought it deserved to be captured on video.
Can't do that with the Flip
Only one problem. My wife thought she could turn the Flip video camera sideways to get a vertical shot. When I told her you can't do that with video she said, "Why not? You can do it with the iPhone!"
I explained that you can turn an iPhone or even a digital camera sideways but not a Flip video. Her response, "Well then I blame it on the iPhone!"
Incidentally, here I am in all my glory dancing with my son.... sideways.

I can’t turn my digital camera sideways, which my husband insists on doing. We have lots of sideways videos.
