Are you smarter than a cell phone?
Techies have been throwing around the term smart phone for a while now. The term is used to describe cell phones with enhanced features such as web browsing, email and video. Think iPhone, BlackBerry or Treo.
As "smart" as these phones are, I never thought they would compete with human intelligence. That is until I talked with a friend of mine at a Rainmakers networking event this morning. She told me she had a BlackBerry and was really struggling to figure out all of its features.
My friend went on to tell me that recently her granddaughter saw her trying to figure out how to use her phone and dropped this little gem on her. "Nana, I think your phone is smarter than you."
