I see it time and time again. People printing email from their web-based email accounts like Gmail, Yahoo or AOL and getting frustrated that it doesn't print correctly. 9 times out of 10 it's because they are using the browser's print button instead of the built-in print function included with their Gmail, Yahoo or AOL account. Incidentally the other 1 out of 10 is due to emails that just don't print well due to their design and layout. For the past two years, I have attended a local Indianapolis conference called MBO (short for Masters of Business Online) put on by my good friend, Jim Brown. When I first started buying books from Amazon, I bought hard and soft cover books exclusively. Eventually, I found myself wanting to consume books while doing other activities such as walking or driving.
But for all the obvious reasons, reading a book while driving (or even walking) wasn't an option.
So I stopped buying physical books and switched to books in digital audio format from Audible.com. Basically, I switched from reading books to listening to books. Although I still catch myself telling people I just finished reading a book.
