Over the weekend, I enjoyed several different fireworks shows. Although I enjoyed each show, I couldn't help but feel more and more like I've seen it all before with each new show. That's when it occurred to me, why haven't fireworks improved over the years? Certainly we have the technology to make them better, right? Please allow me to take a tiny break from technology to share with you a video that was sent to me by a good friend of mine earlier this week. Actually, I received an audio-only version but found the corresponding video version (audio plus some accompanying slides) on YouTube. Readers of my blog have long followed my ups and downs with Best Buy. Apparently it's time for another downswing. I may be old school but I've always thought the idea behind a business was to wow your customers. Go above and beyond or get lumped in with everyone else.
