Microsoft has taken a lot of heat lately mainly due to the bad press Windows Vista has received. But also because they have just sat back and let Apple attack them with their "Hello I'm a Mac and I'm a PC" ad campaign without firing back a single shot. A comment I often hear from my clients when helping them with their computer is that they are afraid they are going to break something.
