An interview with Katy Lee of Adventures in Parenting
During the course of promoting the recent Noobie "I want a Wii" giveaway, I had the pleasure of meeting Katy Lee, who runs a web site called Adventures in Parenting. Katy uses her site to talk about raising kids to be people of compassion, integrity and character and to offer support through practical and simple advice on raising "good" kids with conservative values.
As Katy and I started talking we realized that her audience and my audience have a lot in common and she asked if she could interview me for her monthly podcast. I happily agreed.
During the interview Katy asked me questions pertaining to technology and parenting such as what strategies parents can use to overcome their fear of technology what useful Internet tools parents can use to make their lives easier, not harder. We finished the interview by discussing a handful of kid-safe web sites.
