DIMM
Definition:
DIMM stands for dual inline memory module and refers to a series of DRAM modules mounted to a circuit board. DIMMs are commonly used in computers and are considered more efficient than their SIMMs predecessor mainly due to the lack of a requirement to pair two DIMMs together. If you can remember nothing else, just remember that DIMMs are the new style of memory for computers.
