Budweiser gives toasting a technology upgrade
We’ve all done it. You’re dining with friends and you raise your glasses up in the air and clink them together. It’s what good friends do, right? Well, what if the act of clinking your glasses together helped you make friends? That’s the idea behind The Buddy Cup from Budweiser. Each cup has a sensor on it that detects when it makes contact with another similar cup. When the cups make contact, the two people holding the cups automatically become friends on Facebook. Cool or creepy? You decide.
Is “shipping your pants” funny or offensive?
Kmart got full media attention this week when they released a new commercial titled “Ship My Pants”, which immediately went viral on YouTube.
