How to stop text spam in 5 minutes

I finally had enough. Too many spammers had figured out how to use my mobile phone’s email address to send me text spam.

But I’m smarter than them. I knew it was possible to disable this feature. I just didn’t know how. Thankfully, Taylor at Verizon Wireless did and, after a 5 minute chat session, text spam on my phone was a thing of the past.

If you are a Verizon customer and want to do the same, just follow the same steps Taylor gave me in our chat session below:

Taylor: Please scroll down to click on “View Details & Edit” besides Internet Spam Blocking. Are you seeing this, Patric?
